We believe in a collaborative approach to community development and neighborhood revitalization. We assist our clients in building early consensus and engaging federal, state and local officials, residents, community and business leaders, and professionals to ensure that revitalization efforts have the buy-in of various community stakeholders. 

Project Management

We provide quality project management services to ensure that redevelopment projects are implemented effectively, efficiently and meet all requirements of applicable funding agencies, investors, lenders and regulatory authorities. We bring over 20 years of redevelopment project management experience, which provides clients with the benefit of a firm possessing the capacity to manage multifaceted redevelopment projects while protecting the interest of clients.

Program Management and Compliance

We provide program management and compliance services for various low income housing programs including Public Housing, Section 8, LIHTCs, and HOME. Services include waitlist management, admissions and occupancy management, income and family certifications/re-certifications, and design and management of self-sufficiency and homeownership programs.

We possess extensive experience and a comprehensive knowledge of Public Housing administration and have the capacity to assume the complete management and administration of a public housing authority.


Asset Management and Advisory Services


We provide quality real estate asset management services to ensure the long term viability, sustainability and performance of multi-family affordable housing and public housing properties. Through effective oversight and quality control we ensure excellent landlord tenant relations, great curb appeal, low vacancy rates, and high rent collection rates. We maximize net income by actively monitoring and managing expenses, and managing relations with vendors and contractors to ensure that our clients' properties receive the highest level of professional service. We ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on regular schedules and maintenance requests are addressed timely and professionally. In consultation with property owners, we prepare management operating plans and long term capital improvement plans.


We examine an organization's real estate portfolio and advise the organization on effective ways to improve and leverage real estate holdings in order to finance capital improvements, increase income and acquire new properties.
